Diagnosis before the classroom

We start by understanding what the team does, what it fears, where the critical decisions live, and what level of digital maturity exists today. We design the program from there.

Training judgment

Tools change every week. The judgment to evaluate them endures. Our programs build the capacity to question, doubt and decide with AI.

Post-program support

Training ends in the classroom. Adoption happens in the office. We stay close during the first quarter of real implementation to handle what no manual covers.

How long does a program take?

It depends on where the team starts. Intensive programs for executive teams last two to three days. Adoption programs for operational teams run four to eight weeks of structured work.

Do you work with companies of any size?

Yes. We have designed programs for teams of eight and for institutions with thousands of employees. Every design is custom. We do not sell pre-packaged modules.

Does the training include specific tools?

Yes, as the vehicle. The destination is a team that knows when to use them, when not to, and how to verify their results before making decisions with them.

Do you offer certification?

We document completed programs with precision. If what you want is a certificate to hang on the wall, there are other firms for that.

If your team makes decisions with data, it needs to know how to interrogate the answers it receives.
