Every engagement needs one person accountable for the result, with authority to change the process that produces it. Without that name, we do not start.
Whoever arrives with the vendor already chosen, looking for hands to install it, has come to the wrong place. The diagnosis is the entry point to any work with the firm.
A level stated in an interview stays marked as stated. Nobody raises a letter so the report reads better in front of a board.
We state the level the decision demands and count stopping there as success. If your operation works at L2, we will not sell you the road to L4.
When value is low, risk disproportionate or evidence insufficient, the verdict is do not implement. That report is delivered anyway and the mandate closes there.
